This work, which has been led by Amy Wilson and Meg Bear, has been under development for several years and is now hitting the market. Their model reflects experiences, credentials, certificates, as well as inferred skills – and will also accomodate the Whole Self Model. For instance, a manager can use the ADP HR system to examine by gym location, hours, overtime and leave taken for fitness teams, group exercise teams, and personal trainers. Integrity, resilience, and pushing the boundaries are must-haves in this job. The system itself is built on an integrated security and workflow model and designed to operate as a scalable, enterprise application. The system is built for an agile organization structure, designed with EX as its focus, easy to configure, and able to adapt as JSW continues to grow. While SAP serves as the financial system in the company, Darwinbox really fit the bill. This type of “work-centric” (as opposed to “job-centric”) operation is becoming very common. Lyric HCM supports these multi-manager work models, including features for performance management, time tracking, and contract workers. Almost all traditional HCM providers, Workday, Oracle, and SAP, were not designed to work this way.

(The company has acquired companies for weddings, credit scoring, loans, and logistics.) Without a dynamic system like Darwinbox these acquisitions would have been difficult. The Next-Gen HCM has to be AI-enabled and architected around skills. Let’s suppose you want to do a reorg of your company and you want the people with the top skills in “data security” in a big list for evaluation. The HCM system doesn’t really have that kind of information, so you have to buy a skillstech tool and do this analysis on your own. Once you do that analysis you’d like to use that data for recruiting, development, succession planning, and even salary adjustments.
